Event Overview

The CBHC Winter Series is our annual winter 3-on-3 ball hockey tournament, designed for fast-paced play, competitive balance, and a high-energy tournament environment.

This page is for clubs and established groups registering full teams.

We strongly encourage existing clubs, league teams, and core groups to enter under their own banner — for example:
Flavs 3v3, Squatch 3v3, etc.

Divisions & Schedule

Open Division (Team-Focused)

Open Division prioritizes full team registrations

• Ideal for established clubs and higher-level teams

• Teams register together and compete under a shared name

• Individual/free agents may be added only if roster space allows

CBHC reserves the right to review rosters to ensure appropriate competition level.

Rec / Coed Division

📅 Saturday, January 17, 2026

• Rec/Coed is primarily a draft-based division

• Full team entries are not guaranteed placement

• Clubs looking to play together are encouraged to enter the Open Division

General Tournament Format

• 3-on-3 play

• Split-rink format

• Roster Size: 7 players per team (including goalie)

• 5 games guaranteed

• 12-minute running clock per game

• Round-robin play followed by a knockout stage

Registration Fee

💳 $300 per registered team
(Open Division)

Gear & Equipment

• Gear can be provided if needed

• Teams are encouraged to bring their own equipment and jerseys when possible

Registration Deadline

⏳ January 11, 2026

Spots are limited. Registration may close early if divisions fill.

Important Notes

• Team names will be used for schedules, standings, and promotion

• Rosters are finalized prior to the tournament

• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal without refund

• CBHC staff and certified referees will be on-site throughout the event
