2026 WINTER SERIES ANNOUNCED!

CBHC Announces the 2026 Winter Series 3v3 Tournament

California Beach Hockey Club is proud to announce the return of one of its fastest-growing winter events — the CBHC Winter Series 2026, a high-tempo 3-on-3 ball hockey tournament set to take over Chapman Sports Park in Garden Grove this January.

Now entering its second year, the Winter Series is quickly becoming a signature CBHC event — blending competitive play, creative team identity, and a format designed for maximum action.

Two Divisions. Two Days. One Winter Series.

The 2026 Winter Series will run across two days, with divisions separated to keep competition balanced and intentional.

🗓 Saturday, January 17, 2026
Rec / Coed Division
A full draft league, where all individual players enter a draft pool and teams are formed by CBHC-appointed captains. Player requests are accepted, but competitive balance remains the priority.

🗓 Sunday, January 18, 2026
Open Division
Designed for established clubs and higher-level teams, with team registration prioritized. Individual players and free agents will also be accepted and placed as needed.

Tournament Format

  • 3-on-3 play

  • Split-rink format (multiple games running simultaneously)

  • 5 games guaranteed

  • 12-minute running clock games

  • Round-robin play followed by a knockout stage

  • Roster size: Up to 7 players per team (including goalie)

This is the same proven format that made the inaugural Winter Series a success — fast, competitive, and built for nonstop reps.

Free Agents & Clubs Welcome

The Winter Series is built to welcome everyone:

  • Individual players can register as free agents and be placed via draft or team assignment.

  • Established clubs are encouraged to enter under their own banner — Flavs 3v3, Squatch 3v3, and more.

Whether you’re flying solo or rolling in with a core group, there’s a place for you in the Winter Series.

Registration Details

  • $60 per individual player

  • $300 per registered team

  • Gear can be provided if needed

  • Registration deadline:January 11, 2026

Spots are limited and divisions may fill early.
